The property has its own private marina, which is 4 feet deep. It has an L-shape and at the end there is very sheltered boat house with a boat lift. There is also a long dock where boats can be tied up. And last but not least there is an area like a ramp to get the boat out of the water if needed. 

The boat itself is a fiberglass boat, 17 ft. long that comes with a Mercury outboard engine, four stroke, 90hp.

Outside of the marina but nestled in a sheltered bay called The Bight our waterfront offers another dock, this time in deeper water (up to 10 ft.) where you can tie up a bigger boat or a sailing yacht.
