The core of the property consists  of 2 buildings with a sweet water swimming pool and a roofed porch area in between.

In the main house you find living/eating/cooking area, a restroom and storage area. There is a roofed porch that surrounds the building. Facing the sea the porch has a depths of 16 ft. 

The second house includes the master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.  A fully equipped guest apartment has a separate entrance.

Our favorite space and newest addition is a roofed porch right behind the swimming pool. Sitting here you enjoy your pool and a magnificent sea view.

The design and layout take care of the fact that there is always a breeze going through the rooms so no air-condition is needed. All rooms have ceiling fans.
